Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReelPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ReelPilot (part of Infinite Goose).
2. Use of the Service
You may use ReelPilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to produce content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reelpilot.org if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload, input, or create using ReelPilot. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service. The ReelPilot platform, software, design, and underlying technology are owned by Infinite Goose and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual billing saves 20% (Starter at $950/year, Pro at $2,850/year).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelPilot and Infinite Goose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account from within the settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Questions: support@reelpilot.org.
